No, I'm not legally liscensed to do these repairs, so I do not perform them.  But, I do know qualified people who can.  I stick to what I am good at, which is carpentry, masonry and concrete work.  I can help sovle some of your problems as I do understand and know how these home systems work.  They are just not my trade/craft.

Absolutely!  I charge a flat hourly rate.  It doesn't matter to me if you have or want me to supply the material.  I do not mark-up any materials for your project.  I give you the receipts to any materials purchased.
