I know at times it is hard to find a good handyman to make repairs.  You need someone to show up when needed, have a flexible schedule and not take huge chunks of equity at the settlement table.

I know the housing market is a little different now then it was just a few years ago. 

Many, homes just sitting, with lack of curb appeal and in need of repair.

I offer several realtor packages. 

1) Curb appeal clean-up and repair starting at $300.  I come in clean-up the front yard, make any landscape repairs, dress-up any lawn issues and repair any cosmetic items on the front of the house. 

2)  Paint and trim touch-ups.  Starting at $125 per room.  I repair dents, dings and marks in the drywall.  Fix or replace trimwork, then paint the walls, ceiling and trimwork.

3)  Punchlist repairs.  For $250 per day (labor only).  You or the home owner make a list of repairs, then I show-up at 8am and work for a full day (8 hours) on the punchlist repairs.  This is a great service for pre-market homes. 

Don't let a buyer point out the repairs, you only get one shot at showing a home, make it a good showing.  This service is 25% below my normal day rates.  And for home sellers and realtors only.

I know it is hard sometimes to get a seller to make repairs on a home, that they are only going to sell.  But, it is in their and your best interest to make the repairs to get the best price and the fastest sale as possible. 

Little and often make much, in the way of repairs and a few cosmetic improvements.
